Shipping
Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA. All orders are sent via tracked UPS unless you choose an express option at checkout.
Customs and Import Fees
For U.S. orders, packages may be subject to customs duties or fees not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Packages returned to sender because customs fees were refused will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has shipped.

USA: Standard tracked shipping takes approximately 4–19 business days

Please note: once your package leaves our studio, delivery times are out of our control, and delays can occasionally occur.
Parcel Safety and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an unsafe location due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. Any additional postal fees required to reclaim a returned package will not be accepted, and the package will remain with us.
