Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before placing it, as all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be happy with your order.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at officialwarmwishes.studio@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. We’ll gladly work with you to make things right.
